Timeframe: Any purchased product or gift can be exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided that the item is unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
Where to Exchange: You can exchange your items at any Barby’s retail store, or online (where a delivery fee will apply).
Requirements: To be eligible for an exchange, the original invoice and the item’s tags must be present at the time of the exchange.
